Personality[]
Cindy is basically the hero-cute blonde role. She is is a very smart, cute, beautiful, kind, prideful and independent character. She was shown with these personality traits throughout the series.
Cindy is a 18 year old brown-haired girl with light blue eyes. She wears a fading-Nightgown panties and wears her hair in a pony tail. In her debut, she wore a pink short-sleeved knee-length button-front dress (then a pink short-sleeved dress shirt with black pants), pink sneakers and wore her hair in pigtails. She's very good at tai-chi. Her close friend is Libby. She has a dog named Humphrey. In the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour trilogy, Cindy has a relationship with Timmy Turner.

Nicktoons Unite![]
Cindy appears as a non-playable character in Nicktoons Unite!. She first appears in the lab of Jimmy when he and his friends come back from Fairy World. She gives him the fault of all the chaos in Retroville. She still seems to like Timmy Turner as she is happy to see him again. She doesn't appear till the end of the game where Jimmy shouts to her to get out of his lab.
Nicktoons: Globs of Doom[]
Cindy appears as a non-playable character in Nicktoons: Globs of Doom. When the heroes arrive at Retroville, the Girl-Eating Plant takes Cindy away and probably also wants to eat her. However you encounter her again at the end of the second area of Retroville being trapped in the goo. It is possible that the plant simply left her there. She is stationed in front of the Candy Bar and has to be saved to continue. She keeps complaining to hurry up and manages to give a thank you, after you save her. She goes to Volcano Island afterwards.
